Well-written and well-narrated. Easy to breeze through at 2x, and slow down for those sections that were new to me.
It starts with the most basic information for those new to commercial real estate and progresses with detailed and thorough explanations of complex situations and tax considerations that syndicate investors should know.

Excellent book
This is a superb book that allows beginners to learn the major facets of passive real estate investing with syndications. There are very few books (especially on audible) that delve into this topic. This book does an excellent job of doing just that. I will probably even buy the print copy in order to better understand some of the mathematical illustrations the author lays out. All in all, this was an excellent work!

Critical read for anyone thinking about investing in syndication
I would warn the reader that there is a lot of detail but this is probably one of the more important text to consider reading if you’re going to invest in a syndication. I might even break up how you read it depending on how aggressive if you want to be. I think the author is exceptionally experienced and touched upon any areas of concern. I would highly recommend anyone who’s serious about giving money to a sponsor read this book to her three times
