Vinney Chopra is a true titan of the industry! In this book he breaks down the art of syndication in a simple way so anyone can understand. Really enjoyed listening!

A great crash course (or intro) to syndications.

I really like this short book!

I’m glad Vinney has an audio version of it!

I love the spinning plate analogy in the beginning and how he ties it in with the plates we need to spin.

As well as the depth you get into for the sales psychology Vinney shares with us.

And I thought it was interesting that Vinney recapped Dave Lindahl’s “Emerging Market” book.

fantastic book and very well spelled out blueprint

I was a little skeptical at first because the title made easy, threw me off being that nothing worthwhile is ever easy, however, he did a fantastic job of selling out they step by step process necessary for this business model. I'm excited to implement some of these points. my business to help boost the platform in place that's already utilizing many of these techniques.

Overall great book!

This book is great for people that want to get started in apartment syndication. It started a little slow, but it got to the nuts and bolts quick enough. The supplemental information is worth the cost of this book alone. I would have liked to see more step by step instructions on finding apartments etc......but of course this is sold in his course.

A great guide to excel in Commercial real estate especially Apartments. The simple explanation of harder topics helped a lot.

A good, encouraging book for beginners

I enjoyed reading Vinny's book because of the insights drawn from the vast resource of his experiences, and also the clear way he presents all of the information, along with his encouraging tone. Even though at the beginning of the book his analogy of spinning five plates at the same time sounds daunting, at the end of the book he's saying that the process is really easy, and by that time I'm almost convinced of that! He explains why and how to put together all of the (five) components critical to successful syndications, and also offers some resources so you can start taking action in evaluating properties. I feel that with this book, someone with a passion for this subject can put a plan of action together based on the information presented.
I would recommend this book to beginning investors as a good place to at least start researching the subject of real estate syndications.

Loved it! Great step-by-step blueprint for Apartment Syndication investing. I Also found his Multifamily Academy online course to be extremely helpful.

This is one of those very few great books on real estate hidden among piles of junk materials written by dishonest charlatans.
