Compelling story, well written,
At first I wasn’t convinced I liked the dramatization. When I got used to the different I really thought it went well with the story and much easier to keep track of which character was speaking. I stumbled on this writing team quite by accident with the stonewyke series and I was hooked. With this first installment of this series I was impressed buy the story, it did not have the tell tales signs of a cookie cutter story, and I particularly like the way Faith is introduced and carried through the book it is not PollyAnna religion, but faith like it is in real life.
Since Audi books are my main source of reading due to not so great eyesight I am looking forward to future installment via audio book

Excellent book, reading became monotonous
I live these books but hearing them dramatizes got annoying. The readers’ voices became monotonous and became boring and hard to listen to. Disappointing.

Excellent story and audiobook production

Our family just finished listening to My Father’s World book 1. It is a compelling, well-written story. The audiobook is very well done with excellent voice acting and an amazing musical score. That musical score really added to the emotions and characters. We look forward to hearing more of these on audiobook!
