Excellent read! Really made me re-think how to approach coaching and the day to day operations of how I go about interacting with those in the program. Additionally, it guides you through creating your own Culture System which is critical to the sustainability and success of your teams!

I didn’t like but loved the content. I purchased the book and listened here for better comprehension after reading a few chapters in the book. I love the way the content is outlined. It is set up for immediate success for coaches.
I didn’t quite like when author changes his voice to sound like the other people he’s narrating. JP has a great voice! I’m a follower of his podcast and his normal voice is engaging enough to not need to make it sound like someone else.
Great 2nd book. First book Calling Up needs to be on audible too.
