One of my top 5 favorites!

Erhmann has identified one the root causes many of the social problems affecting this country and has a clear solution. In addition the book is a wonderful leadership guide.

Wow! Lots of great insight!

In the beginning, there were sections where I wondered why he was sharing such information, but as the book progressed, I could see how it all fit together. This book contains many, many great resources for being an inspirational, and highly effective coach. I plan to buy the paper copy so that I can highlight and take notes next time.

This was an inspirational book! I would highly recommend it, especially for other coaches. It gives you a lot to think about.
