I read this book physically before it came out on Audible, and I’ve now listened multiple times. This is a book for anyone questioning whether to keep going. This is a book for anyone who is starting a business, anyone who is growing a business, and anyone who is in customer service of any sort. This is the kind of book that has empowering lessons that stay with you long after you close it.
