Publisher's summary

Have you ever wondered why bad things happen to you? Of course you have. It's a natural and common question that most of us tend to ask ourselves when something isn't going right in our lives.

Life is full of ups and downs, heartache and pain, and transitions that will cause us to get out of our comfort zone. But just because life can deal you some devastating blows, doesn't mean you have to fall victim to them. The Process of Life is an excellent book to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. By teaching you how to overcome challenges, struggles, and setbacks by responding positively to them.

Their is no such thing as a problem-free life. But how we react and respond to the challenges we face will be the detrimental turning point from failure to success.

Short Succinct Practical

It’s awesome that this author created a compact practical audiobook. Clearly he gave the topic much thought and editing so that its content is realistic and useful without excessive stories or fluff. Definitely worth the time and price. If you don’t want to wade through 6 or more hours of longer drawn out audiobooks, and looking for worthwhile steps or reminders of actions, give this a try. Thanks

This book delivers as promised.

This book does just what it set out to do. The author offers easy to implement suggestions, and step-by-step plans, to overcome the many challenges and setbacks that we all face in life. Mr. Sturm sounds like a trusted friend offering advice. Finding some books too “slow of a listen,”I especially liked the pace in which this book was narrated.
