Great daily deal if you missed it, and worth a credit.

Thank you Audible for the selection offered. All three have helped to change my lifestyle.

This author breaks the steps to your goal down to doable stages you can measure and then manage.
As a recovering shop-a-holic and hoarder, l need these simple but not easy books to help keep me in line, so to speak, and they have so many helpful steps if you fall off the wagon. As I listened to the book at 1.25x speed, l book marked the special chapters that are great for me to spot light.
Good luck. Using these steps gives you energy.

This helped me with so much more than getting rid of stuff, which I was already fairly decent at. It helped me figure out my values on focus on them, which is turning out to be extremely freeing.

Helpful in so many ways

I enjoyed the book because it spoke on different ways that you can obtain minimalism. It is based around your core values and keeping your goals in line them. Minimalism is not perfection, it is a practice that helps you get the most out of life.
