Brendan Daniels is the sexiest man alive. What made the experience of listening to Sexy Motherpucker the most enjoyable?

I love Lili's style of writing. She blends humor and romance together so well. She makes the reader feel like you know the characters and what they are thinking/feeling. The situations the characters come across are told in a way that you also feel they are believable. I love that I can laugh at the story and also swoon at the characters.

What does Little Town Studios, LLC bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

This is actually narrated by Tyler Donne , Summer Roberts. These two narrators perfectly blend together and they both bring great emotion to their recordings. As a reader you feel a part of the story by these narrators. As an audible listener emotions I feel are what really make listening to the story so different than just reading it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I loved this book and didn't want to quit listening. It has just enough finesse to pull you in and want to see what happens next but not so much that it's overly dramatic as some stories are done.

Loved It!

I absolutely loved this story!! I found myself laughing out loud and at times chocking up. I really loved Brendan and Chloe and thought Laura was the perfect match for them. The ending was fantastic!! Narrators did an awesome job!!

Totally enjoyable!!

I really enjoyed this one by Lile Valente. It was fun and swoony and it was an easy listen for a lazy afternoon on the 4th of July.

Summer Roberts and Tyler Donne did a top notch job and I recommend this to any hockey and sports romance fan!

Sexy and pleasing book

I needed something hot, but kind of vanilla and this fit the bill for me. Laura and Brendan were that kind of coupling that you just knew they were gonna fall hard, but you had to see them go through it.

And that’s good! I loved that Laura fell for Brendan’s kid. Something about the pure emotion of just caring for a child. It almost felt as if Brendan was the bonus and not the prize. I really like that.

I love Lili’s work, so I might be a tiny bit biased, but it wasn’t one of my favorites of hers. Still a good book though and the narrators were great.

Would you consider the audio edition of Sexy Motherpucker to be better than the print version?

Having read the book when it was first released, it was enjoyable reliving the story.

What did you like best about this story?

This is another fantastic book written by Lili Valente. It's got the perfect balance of friendship, romance, hockey and adventures in parenting. She has once again scored a goal with this book. Will we see a hat trick when we get to read "Puckaholic"? I bet we will !!!!

What about Little Town Studios, LLC’s performance did you like?

I liked the way the narrators brought the story to life. Their inflections for each character they were reading allowed for seamless listening.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I found myself driving the long way home from work.

Single hockey dad

Fun story of friends to lovers to more. Sexy hockey player with a daughter. His life revolves around his kid after his wife died. He meets a coworker and is friends then meets her on the beach at her lowest point. They share a moment that turns to a weekend. She wants more he doesn’t. Then he figures out he does want more after pretending they are bf/gf because his in-laws think he needs a wife for his daughter. Of course they fall in love.

Love this series and can't wait to read more from Lili Valente. Hockey romance is very high on my favorite list and this series will be on my re-read list. Brendan is super hot and I love how he and Laura work so well together especially when it comes to his daughter. Taking on a man with a child would be a challenge for anyone, but this is story takes on that challenge. Very enjoyable read.

Sexy Motherpucker

Another excellent story by Lili Valente. Her stories have a way of drawing you in but listening to them on audio is even better. It's actually like you are part of the story. The narrators bot did excellent jobs bringing the characters to life. Sexy Motherpucker is everything you would except it was funny, romantic, sweet and sexy. I can't wait to hear more audio books from this fantastic author.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narration was great.

Funny and Sweet Hockey Romance!

Would you listen to Sexy Motherpucker again? Why?

Yes! This was a really entertaining romantic comedy that was sweet and laugh out loud hilarious! It was both a friends to lovers and second chance love story, with a generous portion of hockey thrown in for good measure. The characters were realistic and there was a perfect balance between the swoons, steam, and angst.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Sexy Motherpucker?

When Laura's diaphragm becomes a victim of the dog and is then given a proper burial in the yard. I loved Brendan's in-laws and how open and loving they were in this situation. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to lose your child, yet remain supportive and accepting of your son in law and his future relationships. The secondary characters in this book were amazing!

Which scene was your favorite?

When Laura and Brendan lock themselves in the closet inside Laura's childhood room. It went from incredibly sexy to mortifying in the most humiliating and crazy way! Laura's parents were awesome!

I also really enjoyed the epilogue and how big of a role Chloe played throughout the entire book. It was realistic and heartfelt.

Any additional comments?

I really liked the female narrator, but I felt that the male narrator spoke a little too slowly for my liking. It didn't detract from the story, but I enjoyed his narration more when I sped it up to 1.25x.
