The tourist town is known for its majestic rock formations, "healing vortexes," and ruins left by the Sinagua, a native people who mysteriously disappeared hundreds of years ago. Monsters are a more recent development. This one is leaving death and destruction in its wake, and Delia and her friends are the only ones who know what's going on. They're also the only ones with a weapon that can harm the creature - if they can find it.

To add to their problems, a centuries-old evil has been reawakened, one that threatens to deliver the people of Sedona to the same fate as the Sinagua. And Delia and her friends along with them.

Great story

There were times of being on the edge of one’s seat. Wish there were more books.

loved listening to the latest installment, in the Rust and Relics series. Exciting storyline, filled with action and humor.

Pure Entertainment.

Packed with adventure, interesting characters, lots of action, and well painted pictures of Arizona locales. The performance by Nola Zandry is first rate, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend Thorn Fall by Lindsay Buroker.

Unfinished

It had been a little while ago that I had read this series and had forgotten that it was incomplete. It’s like watching a TV series that is suddenly canceled. However, like most of Ms. Buroker stories it’s very good and I can recommend it. I just have to be willing to imagine how it ends.

Where is the 3rd book

This was a fun story and I didn't want it to end. I usually don't bother with books where the story doesn't wrap up as in a trilogy or are old, so the books are already written. This is from 2014 and I am guessing that it will never have another book in this series. It would be nice if the author could at least produce a third and final book for this 2.5 book series.
