great books by Timothy zahn... I really hope that Benicio Del Toro is Talon Card.

It’s not Thrawn, but it’s the next best thing

Fantastic story. Thrawn is irreplaceable, and the story honors that. I had my questions going into this, fully anticipating some “rise of skywalker” shenanigans to ruin it, but it was actually a great contribution to the Star Wars lore. It is Timothy Zahn after all, so I don’t know why I’m surprised.

Bothans…who needs them?

Marc Thompson is phenomenal as always. Likewise, Timothy Zahn continues to mix politics and action flawlessly. Another great listen.
