I have a hard time believing Troy Denning wrote this. He's usually a good author. Loved DarkSun. This is literally straight out of the Rajneesh Cult.

Just why?

This book was so bad I could not finish it… I tried 3 times. It’s stereotypes and voices combined with the stupidity of the main character was infuriating and demeaning.

I have read or listened to I’ve 50 books and this is the worst

I've read plenty of stories set in the various DnD worlds, this one has got to be THE WORST. Boring story and terrible ending.

Wow that sucked.

This author has no sense of story telling, an absolutely bizarre understand of moral reasoning, and leaves the reader with a feeling that the adventure and protagonist was entirely without meaning.

Worst book ever
