It’s a good albeit very dark story. Despite some bizarre eiditong at the beginning of the recording with some long pauses, the vocal performance is really good

A great vocal performance and good story

Felt a little rushed, but was interesting overall. I was told the first part was brutal, but it’s not detailed at all, so I feel like you’d be fine to read this even if graphic things disturb you.

Story was interesting

If you could sum up Prince of Thorns in three words, what would they be?

Blood, revenge, betrayal.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jorg was undoubtedly my favorite character. I've never read a decent book with such a compelling anti-hero.

What about James Clamp’s performance did you like?

It's nice to have a voice actor who actually fits the role for once.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

“There's something brittle in me that will break before it bends.”

Fantastic

Almost stopped listening 12 minutes in, as there was some major violence without context going on. There was plenty more violence to come, but oh the context!

Bloody Business, Bloody Good

Good listen. Story had some twists involving reality that made it even more interesting. Only gripe I have of the narrator is that he takes a lot of dramatic pauses, makes you think the device you're playing it on stopped working. Other than that really brought the main character to life and gave the rest of the cast individuality.

Great book
