Not Just For Girls

My wife wanted me to read this, and I really resisted for a while. Finally, I got the audiobook and started to listen. I didn't tell my wife for a while, because I was afraid to admit that, well, it was really good. I was really moved by the depth and tragedy of the main character, Angel (aka Sarah). I am not a fan of romance novels, westerns, or christian fiction, but this book will stick with me for a very long time. It is a very encouraging story, and will challenge you to rethink your place in life, your values, and the value of the people around you.

Loved it

At first I wasn't sure if I would like this story. Soon after I started listening I fell in love with this book. So many inspirational books do not deal with real world situations. This book did it wonderfully. It truly is a must read.

The beauty of God

I stayed up until 2 am finishing this book. I simply could not stop listening. The beauty and strength of God is revealed with such passion that it beckoned me to love God with every thing I have and am.

love like God Almighty

If you love the Bible and God's proof of his love for us you will not enjoy this well written well told story.
Francine Rivers doesn't disappoint.
