Virtual voice ruined it

Loved the story but “virtual voice” made it impossible to get through the series. Virtual voice is like listening to the robot in the 60’s television series ‘Lost in Space’. Had to stop listening part way through book one. Skipped around hoping the narration would improve. That was wishful thinking. If you can find this series with real narrators, it will be worth your time. If not, skip it.

it was nice and the characters depended on God. There was a lot of praying I really enjoyed.

Not quite there.

These books need more character development and the plot skips a bit to much for an enjoyable read.

The stories were sweet but not much depth to them and the virtual voice took all the feeling out of it

I think it was the narration that ruined this book for me. It was like she was reading a bedtime story instead of acting out the different characters. It didn't work for me. But thankfully reviews are very subjective so maybe others would enjoy it.
