Relatable
Dan really makes these concepts relatable. Not only from the stories and examples that are provided, but by his openess to share his own struggles and weaknesses. By doing so he builds influence with the reader, making you feel encouraged that you can achieve the same. I highly recommend the audio version as Dan is a great speaker and his personality really shows in this reading. Highly recommend to anyone pursuing leadership, whether in their family or in a company.

Insightful
After accepting a co-leadership position of my church group at Grace I was fearful that I wasn’t good enough. I wrestled with these feelings until I attended a Leadership Lunch In you hosted a week ago and saw your book. This has helped me focus on the service and well being of my group members and how I can set the standard and time of our group going forward. I know Jesus is with me on this journey.

Inspirational!
The sights, the sounds, and the sensibilities of Sheila Owolabi's life in Lagos, Nigeria are unforgettable and transformational.
Dan Owolabi just doesn't makes for a great storyteller but also makes a great leadership coach. Loved the precision and the pictures in the book!

A Brilliant Thought Provoking Book
This well written book needs to be in the tool kit of every leader whether you lead a small team of operational staff,managers or a whole business this book needs to be on your shelf . It speaks to leadership in real terms, connects to a compelling story and just gives you real fundamentals for authentic leadership …brilliant!

Not What I Expected
This book was a suggested read through Audible but it didn't match my preferences. It was hoping this book would have some new ideas. It had a lot of story telling from other books on leadership and stories from the Bible. It would be a fine book for someone who hasn't read on leadership topics.
