I was thoroughly enchanted with As You Wish

I was thoroughly enchanted with As You Wish. This is a series but may be read as a standalone. If you have never read this author or series before then you are in for a treat. I quickly settled into this story. Jude Deveraux did not disappoint with this installment of the series. The three women who are looking to change one thing about their past were as different as could be but bonded together well. The men were well... what can I say, I could not stand any of these women's husbands except for Olivia's husband and that was questionable at times. The author did her job of making these men intolerable. The women in this story had great character traits and each one had a very compelling backstory which I found so interesting I could not wait for every chance that I had to listen to this book. This is an enchanting book that also gives a message of hope, love and how important it is as women to show strength and independence.

I simply LOVE EVERYTHING by Jude!!!!

I was introduced to Jude Deveraux's Books in 1986. It is now 2019 and I have read all of her books except one.(It is on my nightstand waiting for me).
I have read many of her books several times.
I love that she is introducing more people of color into her books!
A FOREVER reader!!!!

A bit of fluff

I suppose almost everyone wishes at some point that they could rewrite a portion of their lives, but I don’t believe we talk about mad, passionate sex in every other sentence. That part of the story was pretty over the top. Not worth spending a credit, but worth buying for under $8.

Simply put, these books make me smile!

The characters are so well fleshed-out that you begin to relate to each of them. Listening to these Summerhouse books is like going on an adventure. Even though I've read the first ne and knew there would be the time travel and changing of lives, it was still fresh and enjoyable! I really, really wish the third one would be made into an audiobook!!

Awesome story

Where does As You Wish rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is top of my book list. The story is riviting

What other book might you compare As You Wish to and why?

I can't think of another book like it other than another one by Jude Deveraux.

What about Susan Bennett’s performance did you like?

She tells the story and makes you believe it is more than one person telling the story.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The love the characters showed to the children and the 2 older men was very heart warming.

Any additional comments?

The book is about hope and 2nd chances

So much romance

I loved the connection to "The Girl from Summer Hill" (another favorite). Once started, I couldn't stop.
