Touching, sweet story

This was a lovely book. My second from this author. The narrator is incredible and truly brings the story to life. There’s a tough event that happens to one of the MC’s. But with her partners love & support she perseveres. Wish there was a sequel as it ends rather quickly.

Pass me a Kiwi

While somewhat predictable, I wasn’t bored. The characters are like-able enough, but the author does rely on superlatives too much. It is always “the MOST beautiful stare” or the “absolutely most intense feeling ever.”

But there’s the accent from Down-under, and it makes everything okay. :-)

Love it

I’ve listened to this book three times over the years. Great and moving story. Likable characters with great relationships. Very moving.

Unexpected

Enjoyed the book. I was not sure at the start but then I decided to give it a chance. it was good. unexpected events and secrets.

Heartwarming and real

Realistic story of fighters and survivors (alcohol, cancer), who managed to keep their hearts warm and respect straggles of others.
Pure and flowing language, engaging romance and a happy ending.
All you need in a romance book to keep you company through winter evening or two.
Loved author. Will keep on researching her.
