A beautiful story

I'm sorry this is the end but grateful for the journey. These books have made me laugh, sad and apprehensive, relieved and fulfilled. The narrator is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better way to listen to a story. THANK YOU. PLEASE MAKE MORE.

Great series

Always look oking forward to next book in series, I hope this series gets the ratings as I would love to see what happens next with Roy and his friends!? For aspiring listeners start with book 1 and binge listen to this awesome book series!!

Good series

Shame it has to end. simply due to the decision of discontinuing it did feel rushed and anticlimactic near the beginning but over really good. seeing Roy become the embodiment of the picture we all envisioned was truly hair raising. potentially could have been amazing if the series continued.

I so sad this series may be ending

I love how he makes small references to other series. The sorry line it’s self I thought was just brilliant but it felt a little bit rushed. I don’t know if this book wasn’t supposed to be the last book in the series but I would really love to see more of buryoku.

I Am being extorted into reviewing this book. to ensure the vague possibility of more I have covered my end of the bargain. I also enjoyed this story more than stew.

This book series was great, and the character build was amazing!. Now that all the books are out, I will have to do a non-stop reread.

Solid series. We had a good run

I've been following this series for a while now. It's been a good few years. Some great fights, some fun moments, and some sad ones. This has always been a solid cultivation tale. It was always good to come back to.

It had clean, solid prose, some decent character interaction and motivation, a solid and easily understandable power system, and decent dialogue. This series, always remained at least good to pretty good.

There's more room to grow here. More chances to evolve. More opportunities to do cool things with prose and characterization. To take more risks. I'm here at book 12 with overall positive feelings about the series. I even think it could've gone longer, though this is a really good place to stop.

It could have a sequel series and still work. I will admit that it did feel as if things were a little neatly buttoned up to fit but the author did confirm that that was the case. Not badly done. Just a bit of a shame to not let it run a little longer for more payoffs and setups.
