My First Self Development Book

I just bought this to gain some knowledge which I can also teach to my classmate who has social anxiety. I guess I just pick the right book as a resource since it has a perfect rating and positive review.

I already listened to this one and it was quite fascinating. I love it.

Best Anxiety Healing Book

I listened to this audiobook last week and it's been 6 days since I started to implement the steps from this book. I am so happy what this book contributed to cope up with my social anxiety.

would recommend, very helpful

I found this book to be helpful! It actually even echoes some of the techniques used on a popular site that is meant to use cognitive behavior therapy in order to overcome social anxiety.

Here's the deal: Buy it and you're gonna love it.

I'm literally the type of person that wouldn't like to speak first to my newly encountered people or strangers coz I don't feel comfortable with them. I'm so jealous of my pals when they can jam happily with others quickly like they already met each other before. But this book will gonna take me away from that social disorder from now on.

Amazing worth much more

It's one of the best books I've read or heard about social development and anxiety. Never had a perfect solution for my disorder until Mike lay out his experiences in this wonderful book in an easy to understand way.

Cool

worthwhile

It is so difficult for me to have a love life or friends because I have a fear of strangers. I don't wanna entertain strangers even if they are nice to me. It makes me looks like a choosy person even though I wanna be friends with them.

Upon reading the title and summary of this book, it intrigues me. Hope it will work as many of the customers say this is effective.

Short but Excellent

Love Mike Mitchell's style of writing. I've purchased 2 books from Mike and all of it is too short, I finished each one for only 25 minutes. However, I found those 2 books very helpful to me. I'm not disappointed though I hesitate to buy it at first.

Improve interaction

I have Anthropophobia

Yes! I have Anthropophobia, I am no similar to other teens around me. Though I tried to overcome that anxiety, I have no idea where to start. I'm even afraid to go to a therapist. That is why I am so pleased when I found this book. I know this can help me with this anxiety I am carrying for years.

It's only in the mind

This changed my overview of social interactions. Most of my friends know how to deal with strangers and everywhere they go they can easily find new friends except me. I discover that my perspective is different from them. I have this attitude that I don't wanna talk the first coz I am afraid they don't even like me. But this book is an eye-opener, that was totally a wrong perspective.
