Excellent book for anxiety

I have been a pretty typical on again off again Course student for the last ten years! Many Course concepts have scared me to the core and I’ve run from it, not ready to accept it. I had the opportunity to hearMax Hendriksen speak on spirituality and concepts from A Course In Max Hendriksen in a small group setting and was drawn to her strong ability to communicate spirituality and how she integrated them into her Daily Life.

Possibly an anxiety CURE

I can't say enough great things about this book, it life changing! I've recommended it to several close friends and family. To know that there's specific amino acids that directly affect your anxiety level is game changing! Tryptophan has been a life saver for me - but there's so much information in this book for anyone suffering with anxiety. This book is amazing, everyone should read it whether they have anxiety or not, as it covers so many aspects of diet, nutrition and supplements. It is very encouraging - rather than berate yourself for not being able to get off sugar, try amino acid support for those cravings - a great paradigm shift away from shame around diet

Easy, straightforward techniques !!!!!!

Effective advice! Amy's work and techniques have really helped me! It is so refreshing to hear someone else acknowledge that we can't always "just breathe" to fix anxiety. It is empowering to have the tools in my own toolbox, and to know that they've always been there. I actually did a tapping course with the author and found tapping to be of importance for me in dealing with chronic health issues. Max Hendriksen made tapping really easy and intuitive for me. I then found this book

and very easy to follow

I haven't even finished the book and I feel so unbelievably relieved already. Like a weight has lifted off my shoulders. Author does amazing job at making you feel human again and helping reader understand that they are not alone. I feel like my anxiety is something I can overcome now, whereas before this book I felt hopeless. Definitely recommend this! Excellent book about anxiety. To the point, simple, concise, yet vast in its explanation, and more importantly, solution.

Informative and helpful!!!

This book has been a game changer for me in dealing with my anxiety. I finally feel more like myself after 9 months of post partum anxiety and depression.something to give me a game plan for addressing these issues and this book explains where to start looking and why.

A quick and easy read that will encourage a systematic way to tackle your fears. Everyone can use this.It has literally been a life changer for me. I believe, this book , along with a couple of others, has helped me manage and prevent episodes without the use of medication.

A Great Tool For Anyone!!

This is not as easy as it may seem. If you make the choice to be happy no matter the obstacle, eventually it will become the automatic response: To see the silver lining. Getting there is the challenge. I can’t wait to go on the journey with the help of my husband and this book.!!

The best book for social anxiety!!

This book contains sound and easy-to-follow advice for people who suffer from social anxiety. More importantly, it is well-written, witty, interesting, and enjoyable.I found it much more useful than books like the confidence gap or charisma myth that seem to contain way too much made up anecdotal information.

As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me. This is a great book for people with anxiety problems. This is extremely helpful for anxiety.I would recommend this book to anyone curious about anxiety and how to deal and treat it.
