This audio book is great help to my brother. He has the tendency of activating anxiety especially when facing a lot of people. Not a good one most especially when applying for a job. I am so grateful to have this now and surely share this! Kudos!

VERY IMPRESSIVE

I have suffered from anxiety and stress all of my life. Mountains out of molehills should be on my tombstone. This is a well explained book with many suggestions that put things in context that allow you to change. I know the things that I do wrong but it's nice to know you are not alone. The author understands the many little things that you can do to tweak your life and stand off and look at yourself and trim your sails. It's just like having a little therapy right beside your recliner.I have undergone therapy sessions and I would have to say I get as much out of some of this advice as I do in the therapist office. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety and stress and letting it affect their daily living.

This is a great book, i've yet to finish it but when i read the book i felt very hopeful and confident that I can push through my anxiety. it features a gentle and uplifting approach that is a very fast and it understands what you are going through as the author admits to having a nervous personality as well. she points out a lot of ways that you can shift your negative thinking into positive ones.

Excellent!

Lots of helpful advice on how to rid oneself of worry and anxiety. Lots of good tips on techniques to use to calm oneself down. Pleased I went ahead and checked this one out . Learned a few new things I hadn't previously considered.

A reliable guide one can rely on.

This is not your ordinary anxiety guide. This is much more complex. The author has done well in presenting an in-depth overview of what it really is and other supplemental ideas like the different kinds of disorder associated with it. Beating anxiety and depression's no longer just a myth. It's real.
