Clear, concise information, with a tinge of humor to lighten the mood. excellent book

My better half was in so much torment. We understood that to battle the agony, we needed to address irritation. I purchased this book as a beginning stage for finding out about the calming diet, and I'm glad that I did. Bunches of good information and the plans are simple and delightful. I would just wish that it had photos of the dinners.

Helpful book

I have recently had health problems and a test came back positive for an auto immune disease - not sure which. This book helped me go from being nauseous and super inflamed after every meal to going back to a normal routine. I will say you will have to customize some of the foods (peanuts for me are a trigger), but it’s a good basis for starting.

Yawn

I'm sure I could have tried harder to listen but my time is valuable. Listening to audio book of recipes is like we'll nothing I ever want to do. There may be nuggets of good info in this audio book but I don't think I can listen through the monotonous readings of recipes. Maybe I'll be proven wrong at some point but it's time to get on with my life now.
