Excellent work !!

Book was marvelous dieting instructed guide book for me. all the book was concept was delicious diet recipes which are very easy to follow and contribute to our daily dieting measurements ! whole book concept very easy to follow and use ! surely this was a great book for me ! would suggest this excellent book to all

Great book.

I already know this anti inflammatory diet before but this book made me love it more. I love all the extra information that comes with this book. Easy and straight forward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes.

Nice book

The descriptions are simple but jam packed with information. I love the simple format of this book and the beautiful photos included. I am so fascinated about all the anti-inflammatory foods out there and am thrilled that these recipes only take 30 minutes to whip up. Thank you Madeline Given for the well thought out and informative book. The meals all look delicious and I am excited to step out of my comfort food zone and put some delicious and good-for-me foods in my body.

wonderful ANTI- INFLAMMATORY DI

I'm impressed with this guidebook. The plans are stacked with flavor That in a like manner altogether satisfy your body. Right, when your body is satisfied you have no desires in dinners. On the off chance that you are unpracticed or you need additional something to help you in all that you do about your day by day cooking lies has it secured for you! I can scarcely hold up, in any case, these plans! Highly recommended!

Extraordinary book

Some really great recipes. Very creative and tasty. More to try and looking forward to seeing if inflammation reduces. Too early to tell yet but even if it does not there are some great healthy meals for everyone - meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Madeline has thought about and provided tasty ideas for us all. Clear and simple, with wonderful recipes. Ingredients are easy to find, and recipes are easy to follow and always turn out delicious! Following the guidelines in this cookbook, in addition to taking anti-inflammatory supplements such as turmeric, has helped my stomach, my skin, and my overall sense of wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Good as gift

I'm exceptionally glad to peruse this book. Some extremely incredible plans. Extremely innovative and scrumptious. More to attempt and anticipating checking whether irritation lessens. Too soon to tell yet regardless of whether it doesn't there are some incredible sound suppers for everybody - meat eaters, veggie lovers, and vegetarians. Madeline has contemplated and given scrumptious plans to every one of us. I'm exceptionally notice this book for all.

Nice read

This book is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. Especially good for someone ( like me) not able to make big changes but willing to move into a healthier direction. The weekly shopping lists are put together well and got me started out on the right path. Love this book!

Disappointed

I buy a lot of cookbooks and really use them every week. This one was like someone had just gathered a whole bunch of recipes to quickly make a massive cookbook and they didn’t check spelling or accuracy of the recipe. Because I buy and actually use these cookbooks, I can tell when list how to use an ingredient incorrectly or actually have the nutritional stats listed incorrectly - and it’s not hard to notice when you forget to tell the cook when and how to include an ingredient that was listed for that recipe. I still use it but only because I’ve been buying and using and making recipes for numerous years. A new cook or one that is not as familiar with the process will have a hard time using this cookbook.
