Lynn Kurland does it again!
Lynn Kurland is one of my favorite authors. Her stories are romantic and fun. I wish that more of her books were audibles. Ilyana Kadushin was a excellent narrator and I hope to listen to more of narrations.

Enjoyable story set in medieval England. Rhys de Piaget is a fine knight of the realm who rescues a girl from the piggery. That girl is one Gwennolyn of Seagrave. What follows is a tale of intrigue, spies, and how two star crossed lovers remain true through many obstacles. Humorous and entertaining.

Well Done by Author and Narrator
I really enjoyed this book. For anyone who appreciates the writings of Lynn Kurland, this is the story of Rhys and Gwen who, for the most part, are the progenitors of the individuals upon whom the rest of her stories are built. I LOVE that Kurland builds romance without revealing the more private and intimate moments which are better left to the imagination. A strong story with excellent narration. 5 stars for sure.

Easy to become a fan.
Thanks to Lynn Kurland I gladly picked up reading this genre again. She has a unique voice that captured my interest in her characters. I enjoyed the journey. This was the first book she authored that I read but it won't be my last!
