Achieve a Peaceful Household

This is a good guide, though, for anyone who is feeling that parenting, in general, is triggering and gives you some solid methods on how to press the reset button like checking in with your emotional intelligence, taking a breather, and understanding the motivations developmentally of a child's behavior, thus perhaps avoiding your anger with this knowledge.

It's a game changer and a life changer

After reading this book, it was a major eye opener for myself. There is a lot of self evaluation of what we experienced as children and how it perpetuates down to our children. I can say this is nothing short of amazing with many examples of what had happened. Is happening and how we can address this ourselves. It will walk you through what you experienced as a child. It will show you how the behavior can change and within a couple of weeks, I've already started seeing changes within my children. For one of the first times, the kids were laughing at the dinner table and in a good and healthy way. The way any childhood should be. It's a game changer and a life changer for anyone dealing with this, big or small, it explains everything with detailed accounts.

Useful techniques

The information was easy and to the point. This was a good book for a person that doesn’t read a whole lot but is looking for some assistance with their emotional issues. This is a good book for getting started. I would love to see the author do an advanced book for those you have been working on this issue for a little bit longer. While I feel a little bit more in depth would help the reader this book is a good start. This book was actually a great asset in this regard, as it offers unique tips that can be effective for a wide variety of people. It even touches on psychology, which is something that I tend to lean towards when given ideas to help with problems such as this.

This book is so beneficial

This book is so beneficial to parents trying to work on being better for the children. I really appreciate the knowledge in this book because I struggle with some of these brought up in this book. Being a parent can be easy, but when you are dealing with personal traumatic or even mentally disabling issues, you can project that through anger onto your children. I often have to hug my children and reassurance them every time I feel I'm being to aggressive with them because I don't want to grow up resenting me.

This book is jam-packed

This book is jam-packed with sound advice you can use right now, as well as strategies for better understanding your particular triggers and how they affect how you interact with your family and children. It's a quick and easy read with plenty of suggestions on how to de-stress and simplify your life. I appreciate this author's Timothy Presley . This book that you will not realize teaches you significant psychological ideas and how to use them in real-life situations. This is undoubtedly the most helpful parenting book I've ever read.

Resolve Tantrums Calmly

I like book that gives advice on how to be patient with your child or children, but sometimes they don't that when they have attend to each one of them. I'm not a mother, but just watching my baby cousins was stressful. So I felt a mother's pain. It's a good read.

Achieve a Peaceful Household

This is a book I believe every parent and soon-to-be parent/guardian should read. While some of Timothy Presley's insights are hardly surprising, the book's tone and purpose can only help ease parental concerns over anger management.
