Good insightful book

It is a very good read. What I really enjoyed reading about was: there are techniques & tips to put in place for effective communication. I was looking forward to such information which could help me in all aspects of good communication. Good insightful book

This book is wonderful! As a ministers daughter I was raised as a "nice girl", after getting burned a few time I became very aggressive in my attempts to express my needs.
