Succinct and meaningful

The author of this book has hit every nail on the head with regards to my relationship with anger. I've struggled a lot in recent years and everything he said resonated with me. It's almost eerie how accurate the book is. The quality of the audio is great and the editing of the narration was good (no weird audio glitches or pauses in between sentences). I love how short this book is, as well. I will be listening to it over and over again as I gain insights. I recommend this to anyone who is struggling to manage their anger in a constructive way.

I love it

I like the way I now know about so many tools about how to respond when anger takes place. how I realize how anger distroyed my relationship with my loved ones. thank you so much n I will practice every times of my lifetime

educational book

Anger is a big enemy of your happiness and this is a dangerous situation when you are out of control of your self. This is a useful book to mange you anger and get peaceful happy life. Also you can easily secure your relation and get mind control as well thanks.

Anger issues are always my thing for I am a short tempered kind of person. This book would be of great help to me so that I could solve my anger issues. Taking full control of my own emotions is a much better route because it’s also a way to be able to handle life and to enjoy it more. For emotions happen for a reason, but we need know how to handle it well

This is such a helpful book! This book is what I need. Taking control of our emotions and anger is incredibly important. This book showed me the real reasons why I got angry and how to not be overwhelmed by it.

This book gives you some different ways on dealing with anger, It handles anger management while focusing the light on what triggers anger, how to medically tame anger and going even deeper to focus on the psychological factors

Great Ideas, executed less-than-optimally.

The title and thrust of this book is excellent. Yet, it seems to be disappointing in terms of its organization and the actual alternative methods of understanding and controlling anger provided. Simply put, this promising work needed to be more logically organized, and the means of achieving successful control of Anger provided , using very clear step-by-step methodology.

Short and sweet

This was an eye opener. For someone who believed she was the most positive and collected person. I too am human and when bombarded by angry people with their own angry issues mine rise to the surface. It used to be a problem for me years ago and I thought it was normal but I thought it was just immaturity. The fact that it has come out recently in some "justified circumstances" is not helpful and does not justify my actions. Infact it is damaging and self sabotage. So I'm pleased to have listened to this. Glad to know I can do something about it.

Cracking & really helps.

I looked at a few books as wanted to make sure I picked the right one.

This audio book is the perfect length (1.5 hours) it’s clear, on point and gives pointers. It’s factual and states the obvious in the way you need to hear it. I listen to the book 3 times a week before work to drill my brain on better management and I noticed a difference straight away.

As a single mum just made readdress my thought process and allow me to step back.

I would highly recommend, don’t need to have a full on anger problem just may need a bit of help to readjust and I found it perfect.

This book however has good advises that could help me divert my emotional outbutrst to something else to slowly dissipate my crankiness and to understand the fundamentals of this topic.This book is a good self help book .

One the best self-help books I've read

The activities in the workbook are a great way to see situations that you were involved in from a different perspective. In doing the activities you can have a further understanding of how to approach similar situations better in the future.
I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me, and given me the tools to continue to help myself.
