messy, grotesque, fun

This books was dark and gross and awesome. There were a few places where I felt like the structure could have been a little tighter, but I also found the unpredictability worth something.

The grotesque elements are novel and uncomfortable in a great way. The characters are pretty well established and developed. Although it had some rough edges here and there I will definitely be reading the next entry in the series.
