Too bad there are not more servant leaders.
This is a wonderful guide to successful management. I really enjoy his concept of strong organizational culture being a cornerstone to employee fulfillment, and how understanding the expectations of the organization’s culture enables employees to feel that by being part of it is something that benefits them.
