Lovely!

Everything I wanted that the film lacked. The alternate ending was preferred as well. Hoping they continue the film and book and that Walter is still with us!

somehow this novel fixed the movie

I was not a huge fan of the movie this novel is based on I found the characters too moronic to be tasked with something as important as founding a new human colony as the routinely made decisions that would make any NASA astronaut shake their head in utter disappointment. this novelization actually did the near impossible by making these decisions not only line up better but also makes sense with motivations that the characters would normally have other than a sheer lack of forethought. it even somehow managed to fix the gotcha moment at the very end of the movie by altering it in a way that is tasteful. don't buy the DVD or even rent online the movie that this is based on just read this and let your imagination concoct a better cinematic experience then the movie could ever give you.

Awesome, adds much more insight than the movie

As a huge Alien franchise fan, I Loved how much more insight this added on many details missed in the movie.

Follows the movie closely

I listened to this on my morning walks and it was great. The performance was great. The reader/narrator tried to change his voice for each character and did very well, except for the females. Overall, great story, followed the movie very closely, but better.

Very Fun And Enjoyable

Very fun read with lots of information concerning the Aliens and their Engineers. I highly recommend this book and now on the next in the series.

Good book not so good recording.

Everything about the book was entertaining except that the recording skipped in many places. Regrettable.

no covenant origins?

didnt tie in any covenant origins storyline despite being an official storyline addition, pretty bummed out there arent any plans to do more movies or book

If u seen the movie .. you pretty much read the book too . Book didn't add anything more to the story

Good but

The narration was horrible. His female voices were all the same and generic. Everything else was good.
