I had already read the hard copy of this book and really loved it. I had been looking for the audio version for a long time and it was not available so I was pleased to find this. However, I did find that at its regular speed the recording was far too fast and iTunes does not allow you to adjust the speed of the recording. When I listened to it on my phone though, I was able to listen at half speed which was perfect.

What made the experience of listening to Ageless Body, Timeless Mind the most enjoyable?

During the first several chapters Deepak speaks too fast and sometimes I had to rewind a couple of times so that I could absorb the concept better, in the final chapters he speaks a bit slower. These are new concepts for me to embrace, but it gives a sense of relief to think that we have more control over the way we age than we tend to believe.

What other book might you compare Ageless Body, Timeless Mind to and why?

Grow Younger Live Longer is based on the same concepts.

Have you listened to any of Deepak Chopra’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, this audiobook is older than others I've listened to but they all teach practical ways to live a more wholesome live.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I usually listen to Deepak's audiobooks in a very short time.
