Deepak Chopra is the best and listening to his voice alone is relaxing and brings meditation. His message is one of truth and Devine healing. I recommend this book to everyone!

I take this book like medicine.

I had heartbreak in 2020 and my life became filled with emotional choas. Everything he says makes so much sense to me as if something inside was just speaking out loud. I trust the things he says and feel truth in it and it is so refresing in a world of stress. I listen to this everytime I feel anxious. If you are ready for a healing journey this is a great place to start. I've recommended this to all my friends and one of them thanks me constantly.

The music reaches my soul. Sometimes I skip the speaking part and just listen to the chapters with the music. Also the substance he speaks about rings true.

This is a book that I come back to to listen to a chapter, drink it in, and enjoy. It is not listened to all at once. It's meditative and delicious!
