Game Changing

I found James from Chat with Traders podcast. I finished that episode and kept it on repeat for a couple of weeks to take-in all of the priceless information he gave us listeners. Once nothing gave me that Ah! Ha! moment listening to him, I bought his book! This is my 2nd time in the past week listening to it. Truly a game changer. Helpful and insightful, easy to follow. I was sad the book was over. I wanted to keep learning about this subject

Great book, but lacking supporting resources

I feel like the book is very good and details the aspects that build and sustain performance very well. However, some sort of cheat sheet / infographics to accompany it would help quite a lot. I'd recommend getting a copy of the book itself too, so you can refer back to principles outlined in certain chapters.

Very well written. Performance was easy to listen to and focus on. Material is organized well and James does a nice job of making it applicable to anyone looking to excel no matter the task.
