Publisher's Summary

"A" is for ache. "C" is for choice. "H" is for his. "E" is for Everly.

I have always gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to my personal life. Drug-addicted mother, obsessive stepfather, shitty upbringing, and one soul-shattering, heart-wrenching relationship. But everything changed when I met Alec Prescott.

I couldn’t stand the cocky hotshot lawyer at first, but after assisting him on one case, my opinion changed drastically. He became the beginning I so desperately needed, even if romantic relations at work are completely forbidden.

Unfortunately, falling in love with a coworker is the least of my problems. Funny thing about the past, it’s never truly far away. No matter how fast you run from it or how hard you try to suppress it, it’s there, lingering like a fog, blinding your vision, impacting your decisions, affecting your life.

That’s where Tage Andrews comes in. He’s the heartache I can never outrun. The man who saved me from my past all while pillaging my emotions. I want to avoid reliving it - avoid him - but he’s always there, lingering like a fog, blinding my vision, impacting my decisions, affecting my life.

This is my paradoxical predicament. Two men. One choice. Inevitable heartbreak.

A.C.H.E. is an angsty, fast-paced romantic suspense with ménage themes. Listener discretion is advised.

I’M ABSOLUTELY ACHING FOR MORE

For me, A. is for how ADDICTIVE this story was.. C. is for the CHEMISTRY that sizzled between them.. H. is for the HEARTACHE I was left with after the blood and bullets settled.. and E. is for the EMOTIONS that stirred, that blossomed, that bubbled, that burst and bled throughout this all too short listen. It was sweet, it was super hot, it was all kinds of good as a first love turned into a lost love and a new love turned into a forever love.. but what happened in the space in-between was unconditional love. It’s a well narrated love story, it’s a scorching ménage, it’s a mystery suspense as good vs. evil, it’s a triumph and a tragedy and it’s told from three people’s POV.

Worth a credit? Yes I loved it.. even if it didn’t end the way I was hoping.. but I guess it’s those books with that one two sucker punch that are always so unforgettable.. and, hint hint, it leaves a wide open space just crying out (along with me) for a follow-up book. So, please Ms. Never.. I beg you to never say never.. make your fans very happy with a second book about you know who.

Worth more than 5 stars

M. Never is absolutely awesome. Everly and Alec, Everly and Tage...become Tage, Everly and Alec. i wantedI more of this story, it left me with an ACHE. It even gives you the reference to Ghostface Killer not to the book but as a reference to one of the characters. I would have liked the ending to slightly different but at the same time the ending was inevitable. I just loved everything about this book. I've come to expect nothing but great reading when select a book from M.Never. You will not be disappointed.

I ACHE for more.

This story was amazing, it really makes you think and feel. It starts with Tage taking Everly’s firsts. First Kiss, first time and first love. Then we see Everly in a totally different life and falling for a man again, Alec. But who will she end up with. A real edge of the seat story with a different ending then you may think.

The narration was superb and I really enjoyed having the 3 voices (POV) heard.

Everyone needs to listen to this audiobook, a great credit for sure ❣️

M. Never writes fabulous Menage 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

What happens when the love who saved and broke you when you were a teen wants back years later in the life you just started with someone new?
Everly Paige's life has had intrigue since she was 13. Now 2 men love ❤ her and both want to protect her.
Brooke Bloomingdale, Sam Crowley and Lee Samuels make up this perfect trifecta. Loved it.

💥💥🔥🔥Freakin' A.C.H.E.I.N..💣🔥👍

I read the reviews before listening to this book and the consistent comments were about the ending but I used a credit and so GLAD that I did. This story was unlike any thing I ever have listened to. And the story and narration was perfection!! This is a great book but not for individuals that don't like romances with menage sex scenes. No spoilers will be divulged but I loved this book. Sam Crowley aka Jacob aka Zachary Webber was awesome as usual and Brooke Bloomingdale is a fantastic narrator. So infatuated with these characters that I am looking for more books narrated by Lee Samuels and also looking for more books written by M. Never. Thank you!@!@!!!
I am wondering if this is a cliffhanger or just an unusual ending. I personally liked the way this story ended and wanted more. So much passion throughout this book and excellent characters. Worth a credit and then some.

Great narration.

This book was great. I'm not a fan of love triangles normally, but the author pulled this one off. The only thing that would have made it better was a different ending.

Hot

I enjoyed this title very much. It's an interesting twisty turny of events that lead to a satisfying end, kind of. Let's put it this way without giving anything away, it had some wonderful twists that are totally unexpected. I was actually surprised and thats hard to do these days. Good story. Definitely worth the listen.

Good narrating but not my fave from M Never

"I will ache for eternity..."

I have to so many things to say about this book but first- "I will ache for eternity..." is the singular most heart breaking thing about this book. It is a look at the past, present, and future. It is a pain that will never quit. It is a sad, devastating statement that I have no doubt is true. I loved that quote. I hated the circumstances but that quote was everything.

Now for my not so loving thoughts. I loved MOTO by M. Never. So when she pulled the menage card so quickly in this book, I was oddly disappointed but went with it. I felt like everyone involved was more frat party than adults embarking on a very different path. The speed and lack of ansgt with the decision did not feel organic. I rolled with it anyway because...duh, M. Never. But... Yes there are several buts.

BUT...
1. The two strangers in love with the same girl agree with minimal thought to embark on a menage relationship.
2. One of said strangers just started dating the girl a week before?!?
3. Drama llama ding dong. Don't get me wrong! I love suspense and action. I love intrigue and spy like stuff. It just came across as rushed.
4. (And maybe my not reading it yet has to do with this one, but...) References to Ghostface Killer had me running to Goodreads and checking the blurb which also left me confused. Clearly I need to read that one next.

My highlights-

1. The bar owner...come on! It was awesome meeting that old guy.
2. The nice little twist from Gunner- poetic don't you think.
3. The final words from the epilogue.

I liked it. I did. I'm convincing you, not myself. It's just not on the same level as her other books. I felt rushed and that perhaps it could have used a bigger build up. The characters aren't as developed- or at least they don't quite feel real. I was definitely reading this book and not it bringing me along for the journey.

It is heart ache-ing

This story clips right along and stays centralized on the three main characters. There is not much atmosphere behind them or major supportive roles. The cities they are in, the buildings, the people around them even those in direct conversation are almost inconsequential. Normally I’m a stickler about details and I want a lively atmo and good supportive characters but not this time. The central focus just seemed to shorten the reading time as only the most important details where given. My mind got to create much of the space around them along the way. Now on to the characters. Ever is and odd character not easily fit into any type. She’s not super BA nor is she weak she’s just a product of her life and struggling. She’s had a strange and hard life and is desperately trying to have a normal one, but she’s guarded and a bit reclusive. Alec was the most surprising how he just rolled with the punches was so easy to be loving and accepting. He was quite and a jerk so that was a surprise. But Tage, my heart hurt for him most. Some childhoods do permanently shape the future of a person and Tage’s life as an operative and an adrenaline junkie was put into motion when he was a preteen. I’m unsure how I feel about this story. Except that my feelings aren’t negative. As threesome storylines go this was ‘mostly’ believable. It was well written and edited. The audio was performed well and good quality. I guess I feel a bit mixed up ... both sad and happy ... left wanting there to be more ... wanting things to happen differently. But I did enjoy the story and I will read this again and look into other works from this author.
