sad story with happy ending

it had much sadness a happy ending for the most part but I think the illness could hit too close to home for a lot of people

I loved the characters in this story. Cried, laughed all in an hour of reading

Wonderful

As usual Debbie’s books are wonderful. She always has such good stories and this was no exception. It was dealing with the hard subject of death, but she did it beautifully.

Loved the two voices telling the story. and it being from Sean ans Willow's perspectives.

Different from Most Debbie Macumber Books

Overall, this is a good book, but this book brought up a lot of emotions and sadness for me.
I lost my husband to cancer after a long battle and several reoccurrences.
She does a great job loss and finding your way after.

I felt the heart of the writer- no spoilers

This book will take you through all your emo’s.
The themes, reconciliation, evolving as a person, self care, selflessness, grief, forgiveness, anger, family and community, health care and health scares. At times I saw myself and other times I saw people I love. You will chuckle, you will cry, you will be happy and you will sit sipping tea with a lump in your throat!. I could tell some of the characters emo’s came from personal experience because at times I felt like I was intruding on someone else private grief.

My Dad won or lost the battle with cancer depending on how you look at it! The care of him left me more aware of human mortality! This was a book that reminded me to live and persevere through challenges. Also successful second careers are possible too!

You will root for love!!!

Multidimensional romance

This is an exquisitely written story. The performance of the two readers was excellent.

I definitely recommend this story. Keep your tissues near by.

Beautiful story

The story came close to home. It was a love story and the people involved were so real Harper touched my heart in a very special way, Each character was real and easy to be in love with.
