Great read! If you’re looking to become a better man.

Loved this book. Especially the part about love being an action and the battle between flesh and spirit and how the spirit can be strengthened by scheduling times to feed it. This is not a religious book but the principles shared here are for the good of men and the world.

A treasure chest of wisdom

First I want to say I appreciate this book as a man. It's filled with knowledge that I needed my entire life. Growing up I didn't have the proper tools or the best examples of manhood so I did the best that I could. This book felt like an interactive experience that had me walking in the author's shoes. It was relatable and useful. The overall theme that I loved from this book was being a man of accountability. A man of honor. Those are major ingredients that are needed for our recipe. I felt like a victor and not a victim after reading this. The narrator did an excellent job clearly articulating the author's vision. In all S.D. gave us brothers an amazing roadmap to navigate in this journey that we call life. Here's a salute to you as I continue my drive into the beautiful unknown.
