One of my favorite things about this book.

One of my favorite things about this book is that it teaches that no matter how you feel, you can always control your actions. That is something that is not being taught anymore.

OCPD much?

The mispronunciations drove me crazy! I need help! It sucks to be so critical of myself and others! I wouldn’t have combined the two disorders on a single handbook. Although they have a similar name, it seems they are very different conditions. However, I was able to obtain some information that will allow me to get started on a course of action. Have not been formally diagnosed with OCPD, but so many of the pieces fit. 🙁
