Will keep you guessing!

This book is extremely well written and has so many twists and turns, I had no idea how it would end. The narrators were great as well.

This book was great and the narrator was one of the best. Super sad that this author doesn’t have any other books. My plan was to binge read all her others.

truly shocking

I was surprised how into this story I was. it wasn't a standard thriller an I loved it. After to many credits wasted on duds this one was was well worth it.

Turns and twists

What a group of entirely unlikable characters! And yet I had to keep listening. Definitely kept my interest!

Pretty good but the ending dragged on and on… I felt like the story could have been better overall.

Jo is a true friend indeed!

As a newbie to this author, I decided to roll the dice! I powered through the audiobook during two 12-hour shifts at work (yes, I multitask like a pro!). At first, I was a bit skeptical about the realism, but then the story started to unfold like a flower in spring. I always say that a good narrator is the secret sauce to a great book, and Hillary Huber—my fave—absolutely nailed it! Andi Arndt brought her character to life like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat! By the end, I cracked the case and figured out who the culprit was, and let me tell you, that twist was a delightful cherry on top! If you're into mystery and suspense, grab "A Friend Indeed"—it’s a rollercoaster of lies and plot twists that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat!

The narrator, Hillary Hubert was so entertaining and amusing, she's the reason I kept listening.

I really enjoyed Jo's smart wisecracking tough character and the "who dunnit" tension of the story. The plot was weak and typical.

Oh well.

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I was kind of rolling my eyes the whole time. Come on ladies, really??

cunning & conniving

I love strong female characters and a bit of vigilante justice. Sooo many twists to keep you on your toes.

A+ rating! One of the best books I’ve read in a long time. Love a good suspense & this one had so many twists & turns up until the end!
