Loved!!!!!!!

This book was Amazing!!!! The research into the Amish was stellar - I learned so much - but it is written in a judgement free way - and the love story - AMAZING!!! John Solo was perfect as always

A delightful Runspringa

Excellent narrator. A delightful story about first love, coming out and choosing the life you want to live, against the odds.

Great series

I wish someone would make this into a movie. Such a great series, makes you laugh and cry.

Loved It!

I loved the storyline - I don't want to give spoilers, so, I'll just say, I honestly would have been happy with a couple different endings. It was so good though that when it ended, I immediately bought the 2nd book. The funny thing is, I was listening while driving and pulled over just to buy and start the 2nd book before continuing on with my drive. I grew up near a large Amish Community in Pennsylvania and I always wondered how often this happened - I'm sure it's not that uncommon.

My only negative was the "voice" John Solo used for Isaac. I think he made him sound too young. To me, he sounded like he was 14, and not 18. Maybe it was supposed to represent his innocence, but it was a big cringy to me at first.
