poor narrator

good book but very weird accent for a narrator performing characters in Texas. a different narrator would've made the book much better

love it

other than a weird sound in the back ground this is a good story.
the characters are all over the place and that kind of makes thing a tad confusing.

Yes.

The thoughtfulness and planning for survival.

Would you be willing to try another one of Michael Hacker’s performances?

First of all, there seems to have been problems during production that resulted in a tinny quality to the sound, right from the beginning. There are also faint sounds in the background, which as difficulty to ignore!

I was distracted the reader's accent and tone. Would have enjoyed the story more with a different reader -- and with better sound quality!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No. It's easier to digest in small pieces.

Good listen

Lots of technical information, and lays it out like it would happen. If you like SHTF books, this is one for you.

Hacker isn't my favorite narrator, however, he didn't bore me. He does read the story and try to keep you entertained - I just don't like it when narrators try and do accents.
