A Different Kind of Love!

This is another story in the "Friessens" series. These men are pushy, tend to be bull dozers, make poor decisions and just don't get it sometimes. They do however, love deeply. This one is about Brad and Emily. Trevor, who has autism, is from Brad's previous marriage. In this story his ex-wife is reentering the scene and stirring up trouble. After abandoning Trevor she now wants to be a part of his life. It is a fairly short and quick read/listen with some drama. I listened to this on audible and the narrator did a great job with this emotional read.

Great Read

A Different Kind of Love (The Friessens: A New Beginning #3) was a great read by Lorhainne Eckhart. Brad and Emily now find themselves facing an entire new set of challenges with their pre-teen autistic son. His birth mother now returns and wants a relationship with him even though she abandoned him. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

A Different Kind of Love

Brad and Emily face a very difficult situation... how to handle Trevor’s birth mother coming back and trying to insert herself into his life.

Lorhainne Eckhart does a great job showing how this can have an impact on the entire family. I really felt for the characters.

Once again Valerie Gilbert delivers a great performance.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

This is Brad and Emily's story, they go through life's struggles with Trevor and their other children. Trevor is an amazing boy who never seems to let anything get him down. But can Trevor and his parents get past Trevor’s birth mom showing up.

A Strong family can overcome difficult situations

This is an interesting story. It talks about a short slice in time from Friessens family. We can see happiness, sorrow, family relationships, love and support.

This story also talks about second marriage and dealing with ex, living with lies and how much they might heart in the end.

Narrator did a great job. She has given a unique voice and personality to each character. She has made this book very entertaining to listen.

Fantastic

Oh noooo! Crystal is back! What is she up this time? You will read to find how her return will affect Emily and Brad's life. It is great to hear more about their lives together.
It was so nice listening to the happy birthday song, 🎶 I have only heard singing once in an audio book and I listened many.
Another fantastic book from Lorhainne Eckhart.
