The basics to get started

This book gave me the basics needed to get started on my Ayurveda weight loss journey. I am encouraged that I will be able implement Ayurvedic techniques to help with my weight loss. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to understand the basics of Ayurveda weight loss.

Loved this book!!

I've always been interested in learning what Ayurvedic was all about. This book put it in easy-to-understand terms, and I finally understood the general concepts. I was more interested in learning about the overall health benefits of this lifestyle versus the weight loss, so I'm delighted. Thank you.
