Worth a listen

Work and other things I have to handle in my everyday life have a tendency to get me tired and stressed out at times lately, so this audiobook was great for me to listen to. The strategies shared by the author are helpful and useful so that I can be more productive without burning out myself. This book was a good reminder for me to ensure I do self-care (which for me, listening to this book was a form of self-care), maintaining good nutrition, good sleep, and meditation/mindfulness are the other things to keep in mind. This is an audiobook definitely worth a listen.
