Great resource for beginners!

As a seasoned real estate investor, I’m always looking for ways to up my game. Even though this audiobook is geared toward beginners, I learned a couple of great nuggets that I plan to apply on my next investment property. I wish this book existed when I started out. It’s a great guide for investing in real estate with easy to understand explanations and excellent advice. I highly recommend.
