Pro knowledge and anti parasitic

This is a must listen for anyone who is interested in holistic health, who has gone to medical doctors and not gotten answers, and/or who wants to try proven holistic interventions before trying anti parasitic pharmaceuticals. I have known of the efficacy of many of the herbs and remedies mentioned here. This audiobook did teach me some new things about a number of these remedies that I did not know before. Specific quantities and directions for many of these anti parasitic remedies are given as well.

While this audiobook in of itself is a short listen, I took the time to write notes, pause, and rewind frequently so I can easily access the information. The narrator's voice was clear. A must have for your holistic health library!

personally I really liked that it's right to the point No B.S or filler it tells you what you NEED to know. I believe this book should be a staple in every home it's stuff we she be taught in grade school and or early childhood by our parents so that these things are a part of our every day lives.

Straight to the point, exactly what I was looking

I bought this book by corona virus is rampant right now and I know doing a parasite cleanse increases your defenses, often books turn out to be be something OTHER then what I was looking for. Not this one, this author opens up for a few minutes and bang, an hour straight of very important practical knowledge, loaded with new ideas and concepts and truths. Very pleased, the next morning I was already taking action. You can’t do everything in this book, but you can do a lot, and it’s easy.
