I couldn't find the extra material and diagrams the narrator was talking about, but overall it's an interesting audio book. I stand corrected!
I originally read the this book 13yrs ago, and thought that it was a waste of my time. After hearing numerous of my mentors refer to this book, I chose to try it again. Now, I realize that this book was the absolute gem I needed to begin my journey to financial freedom. Better late than never, right?
As an aspiring property investor, this book actually brought up some situations that I am dealing with this very moment, to secure multiple duplexes. Now I have a better understanding of the mindset needed to purchasing properties. Great book!
