So much inner dialogue

The writing was really pretty. Like poetry, but there is a time and place of poetic words and this wasn’t it. The plot was very fast paced but it was slowed down by the inner dialogue and pretty descriptions.

Definitely didn’t see every plot twist coming which was great, I enjoyed the adventure this book takes you on!

I tried I really really tried to get into this story but I just couldn't. had to stop and rewind to listen to most of the book because it was so all over the place and the story was just boring... I expected more. too bad. narrator was awesome tho. she's a keeper.

Lots of angst

Interesting plot, world and characters, but there is a ton of inner battle through most of the book. A good read but not lighthearted by any means. Narrator
