The best written and researched book I have found on the mind-body connection in relation to disease. I have multiple autoimmune conditions and have been reading and learning all I can for many years, I can’t recommend it high enough.

Amazing book!

The concept that my illness is due to a lack of boundaries was mind blowing at first, but the deeper I got into the book, the more it made total sense. If you don’t honor your own boundaries, your immune system gets confused and doesn’t know how to differentiate the self from the “other”

Dr. Gabor Matte talks about how parent's can love their children but not be in tune with them & their needs & how this affects the person for their whole lives & then this way of parenting is passed down to the next generation which is not good. This book was very informative & extremely interesting.
