Real time effective therapy backed by research

I appreciated the practicality of this book as a counselor. Gottman courses are exceptional and listening to this after working through level 1 provided insight into how the Gottman approach is put into practice. I especially like how their authentic thoughts about couples were shared even though such wouldn’t always be communicated to couples. Lastly, I value how countertransference was revealed to the reader and what they did to work through such. Highly recommend!

Refreshing

This book is a refreshing change for therapy for couples. I really enjoyed the new approaches that it brought. I plan to use that in my practice.

Detailed examples of their counceling concepts.

Great book now I need to buy the printed version. it was very informative and filled with practical examples of how to conduct the counseling work.
